It’s been said public relations is anything you do or say. If that is the case, Winston Churchill (prime minister of theUK), John F. Kennedy (35th president of the US), and Mark Twain (American author and humorist) were well ahead of their time. I’m convinced each of them would have been a public relations pro, steering their clients in the right direction. All three were excellent writers and speakers–two skills no public relations professional can succeed without. I’ve taken some of the best quotes from these three gentlemen and applied them to the public relations profession. If only we could hop in a time machine and grab a beer with these forward thinkers.
